During vessel operations

Coordinating with the Vessel and Port Authority for changes, if necessary any monitoring in the vessel plan, the vessel operations are conducted smoothly

o Be on the side of the ship to attend to any emergency

o Arrange for the Port Health Officer and Customs Immigration Officer to be present on the vessel

o Obtain Income Tax NOC and Port NDC

 o Submit both NOCs to Customs for obtaining port clearance o Submit a copy of port clearance on the vessel and take acknowledgment. On completion of the vessel, coordinate with the port to submit the final load plan.

o Receive Sailing Draft and Estimated ETA from Ship to Next Port

o Submit sailing application with the port and inform the vessel about the time of sailing

o Ensure that all containers loaded onto the vessel are securely lashed

o On board the ship, ensure that all workers, stevedores and port personnel disembark.


After Vessel Sailing


o Receive discharge and load list from port, after vessel sailing, update your records, system

o Notify next calling port, get vessel performance report from port about ship's sailing and estimated time of arrival at next port and analyze vessel delay

 o Receive invoices from various vendors and arrange payments


 o After the vessel is sailed, ensure that customs clearance for movement of empty and imported containers is submitted to the Port, Railway authorities and CFS.

o Ensure that all containers are shifted to CFS and ICD within minimum time.
